Refunds and Return Policy
All purchases that fall outside the Return Policy are final and non-refundable. If you have questions, reach out to customer support via our Contact Us or by phone .
If your purchase was made from Vape- Elf and the product received is incorrect, damaged (outside of the carrier), or missing from the order, you may be entitled to a refund if Vape - Elf is notified within 10 days of receipt. Returns or exchanges will not be reviewed if contact isn’t received within 10 days from when the order was delivered.
If your product arrives damaged or unusable, incorrect, or missing the customer must notify Vape-Elf within 10 days of receipt by contacting Customer Support using the form on our Contact Us or by phone . Please note when contacting us, you will need to provide a photo of the packing slip, product, product package, and the box it was shipped in showing the shipping label.
If you purchased Route package protection and your package was lost, damaged, or stolen, you can file a claim here. Claims for packages marked “delivered” must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint. Please include the email associated with your order and your order confirmation number to submit your claim. Check out Route’s customer FAQ’s and terms and conditions for more information.
Once the Elf-Vape Customer Support team receives the inquiry, a determination will be made within 5 business days, maybe longer depending on the inquiry, to complete the request. We may issue a return label and may not process any replacement or refund until the product is received and reviewed. All returns could be subject to a restocking fee and could be denied a refund for the shipping cost.
If you purchased one of our Elf products at an independent retail location or through a third-party website, the return/refund must be handled directly by that store or website where the purchase was originally made.
Elf-Vape retains the right to deny any refund for any reason. Elf- Vape also reserves the right to deny service or sales to any person(s), business, or entity for any reason.
While Elf-Vape stands behind the quality of our products, the effectiveness of a product is not a valid reason for a refund, as cannabinoids affect everyone differently.
